Silk Screen
Screen printing is the perfect print method for large orders or prints requiring vibrant or specialty inks, or color matching specific Pantone colors. This method of print is ideal for garments that will be worn and washed regularly.
Screen printing is the more traditional method of decoration process and involves using plastisol or water-based ink and a stencil (screen) to create the decoration for the garment.
Minimum Order: 24 pieces
Setup Fee: Free regular silk screen setup*
Production: 10-14 days

Please Note:
- Maximum of 3 solid colors per print location.
- The more colors in your design, the more it costs
- We do not do halftones or gradients
- Unless otherwise stated, one size screen is used between garment sizes. This means that an Adult Small and an Adult XXL will have the same size decoration.

Garment Care Instrictions:
It's important to keep in mind that the manufacturer's care instructions on your printed garments do not take into account the printing process used. To maintain the longest life for your printed garment, it is suggested that you machine-wash your garment on cold, inside-out on a gentle cycle using your washer's recommended detergent amount. Garments should be tumble dried on low heat, preferably inside-out. If you need to iron your garment, you should not iron directly over the printed area. Instead, turn the garment inside-out and then iron it.

$15 extra setup fee for each metallic color. Additional $30 for custom mixed colored. Please contact us with Panton indicator for custom color.
