CREDIT AGREEMENT In consideration of granting an extension of store credit by Full Pull Media LLC (DBA Plain Insane Graphix), it is hereby agreed that Buyer will pay the indebtedness of Buyer to Plain Insane Graphix when due. Credit extended will not exceed $5,000 in any 30-day period, and the buyer may be required to pay a deposit to offset any excess amounts. Plain Insane Graphix may, at its discretion and at any time, without demand or notice to Buyer, declare all indebtedness due and payable. Interest shall accrue at the rate of 18% per annum or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is greater. Waiver of one or more of these service charges shall not deem to be a waiver of all future service charges. The buyer shall reimburse Plain Insane Graphix for all expenses concerning collecting any indebtedness owed to Plain Insane Graphix, including charges made by a collection agency, attorney’s fees, and court costs. Payments for invoices are due within 30 days of accepting completed goods and services from Plain Insane Graphix. Payments can be made in the form of Cash, Credit Card, Check, or EFT. We offer a 4% Cash discount for paying with Cash, Check, or EFT. All checks should be made out to Full Pull Media or Plain Insane Graphix and remitted to 234 C Street, Lemoore CA 93245
