RETURN POLICY
Due to all of our work being custom-made for our customers, we only accept returns for items that are faulty/damaged.
We cannot accept returns for items where a customer has changed their mind, has chosen the wrong size/item/color, or is due to shipping or stock delays in the order. Some circumstances are beyond our control; we cannot be held responsible for:
- Low-resolution or blurry graphics uploaded by the customer
- Incorrect names, spelling, or grammar made by the customer
- Errors in the design submitted by the customer
- Lack of review of proofs by the customer
- Variance in design printing colors and sizes (min 10%)
- Product dye lot variance
- Garment shrinkage
- Issues with products due to improper handling or maintenance
We always want our customers to be happy with our products. Please double-check all spelling, punctuation, or grammar on uploaded designs and/or proofs sent to you. Please refer to the sizing guide prior to ordering apparel and verify desired material type.
Plain Insane Graphix reserves the right to change the requested printing method in order to provide the best product to suit the customer's artwork and fabric of the product ordered. Additionally, Plain Insane Graphix reserves swap products with a similar style/brand/color hue if there are issues with stock.
What May Be Returned
- Only Items that are faulty/damaged or have a faulty print may be returned.
- We do not accept items that have noticeable wear or makeup stains.
- Returns must also comply with our user agreement.
All return/exchange requests must be made within 7 business days of receipt of merchandise. Items with noticeable wear may not be returned. All items must be in like new condition to be eligible to return.
Prior to returning items, please contact our sales team at contact@pigdesigns.com. An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) must be obtained before making a return. When contacting our team, please make sure to include your order number, full name, and contact information. Please be clear as to why you would like to return the product and include photographs.
All shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returnee. We do not reimburse shipping charges.
Proof Approval Disclaimer
Verbal agreement, payment of an invoice, or emailing a reply with approval constitutes the authority to proceed. Clients are requested to check the order proof thoroughly before approval. We have taken the utmost care in creating your artwork, however, we are not liable for client error. Due to the production process, colors, position, size & scale are indicative only. Artwork & concepts provided/created by Plain Insane Graphix remain the property of the Plain Insane Graphix. They must not be adapted or communicated to third parties or in any way used without our expressed permission.
Products, sizes, colors, and printing techniques for online & offline orders
We order blank clothing, garments, and goods from our distributors and then customize these items with printing and embroidery. All sizes and colors shown on our website are not under our control, and we can't be held liable for color variations out of screen colors to real product colors, nor can we be held responsible for sizing problems. We do our best with our Quality Controls to handle those rare problems.
We highly recommend ordering samples to ensure any size and color problems aren't encountered. Please also note that, if a specific color or size is not available for your order, we may swap the garment or product for an alternative, but similar style, color, and/or size, in order to fulfill your order. All Online Printed Apparel Orders will be processed with Digital Printing or Silk Screen, whatever is deemed suitable to your order by our printing team. By accepting our terms and conditions, you understand, accept, and agree to any change that we make in the fulfillment of your order, without the right of refund.
