digital printing
Direct to Film printing, also known as digital printing is our latest technology. There are decorations printed on film using a special printer and then heat pressed onto fabric. These decals can be applied to a wide range of materials including, cotton, nylon, polyester, and 50/50 blends. Additionally, these can be used on both dark and light fabrics without needing to treat the fabric.
Minimum Order: None!
Setup Fee: None!
Production: 5-7 days
Benefits:
- Great for Full-Color designs with lots of detail or shading. The color quality leaves your design with bright colors
- Quality- This new technology, helps with stretching, fading or pealing.
- No Pretreatment is needed, so garments are produced ready to wear
Please Note:
- Some people think that the decoration feels heavy, as it lays over the fabric.

Garment Care Instrictions:
It's important to keep in mind that the manufacturer's care instructions on your printed garments do not take into account the printing process used. To maintain the longest life for your printed garment, it is suggested that you machine-wash your garment on cold, inside-out on a gentle cycle using your washer's recommended detergent amount. Garments should be tumble dried on low heat, preferably inside-out. If you need to iron your garment, you should not iron directly over the printed area. Instead, turn the garment inside-out and then iron it.
